重啟未核准春節加班機 陸委會：尚待研議
（中央社記者繆宗翰台北11日電）針對明年兩岸春節疏運方案，陸委會發言人邱垂正今天表示，現由主管機關透過既有聯繫機制向陸方表達，希望能順暢；至於是否重啟因M503事件未核准的陸籍航空加班機，尚待研議。
對於政府近期與陸方的溝通情況，大陸委員會主任委員陳明通日前在立法院答詢表示，陸委會目前正關切春節加班機、包機等兩岸春節疏運交通議題。
陸委會副主委兼發言人邱垂正11日在例行記者會上表示，目前航空主管機關正透過既有聯繫機制向陸方表達，希望這次的春節輸運可以非常的順暢便捷，讓國人可以非常方便的方式回到台灣過節。相關具體進展，民航主管都會適時跟外界說明。
中國大陸今年1月4日片面啟用M503航線北上及相關銜接航路。交通部民用航空局隨後宣布，不核准飛行上述航路的中國東方航空及廈門航空共176班加班機的春節加班機申請，以迫使陸方協商。
記者提問，政府是否重新核准中國東方航空及廈門航空的加班機。邱垂正則表示，尚待研議，民航局會有方案，具體內容仍要由民航局說明。
此外，有記者詢問，在中美貿易戰火下，台商返台投資所遇到的難題有無協助機制。
邱垂正則表示，政府鼓勵企業以台灣做為研發中心跟營運總部。經濟部今年已成立投資台灣事務所，整合投資處、投審會、招商中心等資源，以招商、投資、審查一條龍的方式，協助台商回台投資。（編輯：林克倫）1071011
